Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking BCBA professionals to join a growing team delivering ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings. This role emphasizes balanced caseloads, strong supervision, and meaningful growth opportunities.

We offer $5,000 sign-on, weekly pay, and flexible schedules, with full-time and part-time options. You will lead data-driven programs, train parents, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
