Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking skilled BCBAs to provide direct supervision and design ABA programs across in-home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes data-driven practice, client-centered care, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
