Job summary

Vibrant ABA is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality ABA services for children with autism and families in New York. As a BCBA, you will guide clinical direction, partner with families, and lead a team to deliver effective, ethical treatment and measurable progress.

This role emphasizes supervision of RBTs/BTs, development of individualized treatment plans, and ongoing collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Qualifications

  • Active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
  • Must be Medicaid credentialed in New York State.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods.
  • Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
  • Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.

As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
