Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hauppauge, NY. The role offers flexible scheduling and allows for 100% remote work, ideal for professionals who need work-life balance. The BCBA will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. The compensation starts at $60k base for 15 hours in billables, escalating to $80-$90/hour for additional hours, with a focus on Medicaid families across New York City.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ABA.
• Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Responsibilities

BCBA Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
• 1+ years of experience in ABA
• Medicaid ID from New York State
• Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish
