Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely in New York. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, starting at $60,000 for part-time hours. Candidates should have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and a New York State license. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred.

BCBA Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
• 1+ years of experience in ABA
• Medicaid ID from New York State
• Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Competitive W2 or 1099 Compensation
• $60k base for 15 hours per week in billables, then $80-$90/hour for hours above 15 hours per week in billables.
