OOS Management Corp. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in New York, New York. This contract position offers a competitive pay of $85–$100/hour with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to BTs/RBTs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical integrity
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and maximize outcomes
• Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization
• Design and adapt individualized programs based on client progress

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education
• Strong data collection, analysis, and clinical decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
