Job summary

Vibrant ABA in the United States is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical directions, oversee cases, and ensure ethical, effective treatment for children with autism and their families.

You will collaborate with families and a clinical care team, guiding RBTs/BTs, and maintaining thorough documentation while delivering high-quality ABA services in home-based or community settings.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification.
  • Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
  • Must be Medicaid credentialed in New York State.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods.
  • Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
  • Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • $80-$90/hour (Based on experience, skillset and clinical quality)
