Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) in Staten Island, NY seeks a BCBA to lead client programs in a hybrid work setting. You will develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and teams to achieve client success.

You will ensure ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and contribute to ongoing professional development and research opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NY LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum and functional assessments.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $60 - $120/hr.
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Staten Island, NY

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current NY LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
