We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NY. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA Therapy to children with Autism, helping them reach their full potential and build a brighter future.
As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them
Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services
Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
PartTime schedule (hours of operation will be discussed during the interview process)
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: $80 - $90 HOURLY.
