Job summary

Total Care ABA is a leading provider of in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy throughout Indiana, offering remote opportunities for qualified BCBAs. This role emphasizes supervision, treatment planning, and data-driven program design.

As a BCBA you will supervise RBTs, interview clients, and develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, while evaluating data through Central Reach to support better outcomes for children and families.

• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
