Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our in-center team in Richmond, Indiana. We also offer hybrid positions for those seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include leading ABA treatment plans for children ages 2-14, supervising RBTs, caregiver training, progress reporting, and conducting VB-MAPP/Vineland-3/ABLLS assessments to tailor interventions for each client.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must reside within driving distance of Richmond, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of behavior change programs.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
