Job summary

Total Care ABA in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children aged 2–14, oversee data-driven treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Hybrid options are available, with in-center work plus flexibility for documentation and caregiver training. You will conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK) and report progress per funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Must reside within driving distance of Washington, IN.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
