Total Care ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and clinicians in delivering ABA programs remotely across Indiana. You will design, implement, and monitor treatment plans, track progress, and prepare detailed reports for families and supervisors.
The position emphasizes data-driven practice, quarterly competency checks, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes for children and families served.
Must hold a current BCBA Certification

Pay: From $85,000 per year (based of off experience)
