Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center team in Washington, Indiana. We also offer hybrid positions for greater flexibility.

You will lead ABA treatment plans for children ages 2–14, supervise RBTs, and conduct caregiver training, with bi-annual progress reporting as required by funding sources.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the ability to practice in Indiana.
• Must reside within driving distance of Washington, IN.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2–14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to improve behavior-change programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
