Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our Indiana-based team in a fully remote role. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, monitor progress, and design effective behavior-analytic interventions to support clients and families across Indiana.

This position offers a salary from $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You must reside in Indiana and hold a current BCBA certification.
