Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our remote team. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, guide treatment plans, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children and families.
You will design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, conduct client interviews, prepare individualized reports, and perform quarterly competency assessments. Central Reach data review will be part of the role, supporting data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current BCBA Certification
Must Reside in Tennessee
Work Location:
Fully Remote
Pay: $75,000- $90,000 (based of off experience)
