Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA services for clients across Tennessee. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and Tennessee licensure with Medicaid ID. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful, individualized care and enjoys collaborating with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration
• Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $65 - $80 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available
• Shifts: Flexible based on availability
• Location: Remote - serving clients throughout Tennessee
