Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services in a flexible, remote setting and to contribute to transformative outcomes for children and families.

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical standards and pursuing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • LBA in Tennessee required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
