Job summary

Total Care ABA in Virginia seeks a BCBA to lead in-home and clinic-based programs. You will supervise RBTs/Therapists, design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and review data in Central Reach.

This fully remote role requires VA residency and BCBA certification; compensation starts at $85,000 per year with support to help families and children progress.
