Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote supervision and program oversight for our therapy teams. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, conduct client interviews, and prepare individualized treatment reports to support client progress.

Responsibilities include designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, performing quarterly competency assessments, and reviewing data via Central Reach to guide treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification.
• Must Reside in Tennessee.
