Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions
Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration
Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Pay Range: $65 – $80 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available

Active BCBA certification required
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required
Tennessee Medicaid ID required
