Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking a licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and therapists, design treatment plans, and guide program implementations.

This position is fully remote, with residency in Tennessee required. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, with strong support and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and data through Central Reach
