Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA therapy services. The role supports a diverse caseload with hybrid work arrangements combining remote and in-person supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and 2+ years ABA experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with schools, families, and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy services and manage caseloads for multiple keystones.
• Provide school-based supervision in person and telehealth supervision for RBTs.
• Design and adjust individualized treatment plans based on real client needs.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and relevant state policies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

• Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
