Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Tampa, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive, mission-driven team. This hybrid role offers remote and in-person supervision, with a part-time schedule and a pay rate of $85–$95 per hour.

You will manage caseloads, supervise RBTs, collaborate with schools, and design individualized treatment plans while adhering to BACB ethics and state regulations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and current.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate school/work-based services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
