Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid team in Florida. You’ll oversee caseloads, supervise RBTs in school settings, provide telehealth supervision, and design individualized treatment plans with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and families, compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization that values high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be ABA-licensed.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, preferably school or home-based.
• Ability to collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own caseload with high-quality ABA services.
• Provide in-person school-based supervision to RBTs and educators.
• Provide telehealth in-home supervision to guide families.
• Design individualized assessment and treatment plans.
• Build relationships with schools and communities to expand presence.
• Adhere to BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
