Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead a dedicated caseload of 7–10 clients, providing top-tier ABA services. You will supervise RBTs in school settings in person, and guide in-home cases via telehealth from your laptop. You’ll design assessments and tailored treatment plans based on real needs, while growing relationships with schools and communities.

You will work within BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies to ensure compliant, compassionate care across hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active licensure.
• Minimum 1+ year ABA experience; school or home-based preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise RBTs and teams.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
• Provide school-based supervision in person.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
