Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy services with a warm, supportive team. You will supervise school-based and in-home cases, manage caseloads, assess and plan treatment, and collaborate with educators and families while staying compliant with BACB ethics.

You’ll work with a mission-driven team that values compassionate care, professional growth, and flexible scheduling to make a real difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 2+ years ABA experience; school/home-based work a bonus.
• Strong collaboration and mission-driven mindset.
• Ability to write treatment plans and coach parents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of kiddos and ensure high-quality ABA therapy.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Supervise cases remotely and guide families via tech.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized treatment plans based on real needs.
• Grow With Us: Build relationships with schools and communities, expanding the state's presence.
• Stay Compliant & Ethical: Adhere to BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
