Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will collaborate with teachers and special education teams to implement practical behavioral supports throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and IEP participation. Supervisory duties for RBTs and staff training are part of the role, with a daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with behavioral assessment, data collection, and intervention planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based BCBA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide behavioral consultation, staff training, and coaching.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs.
