Alora Behavioral Health in Temecula, CA is seeking a BCBA or BCBA‑D for a hybrid clinical leadership role combining supervision with hands-on program work in telehealth and in-person settings.

The role requires a Master's in Behaviour Analysis or related field, BCBA/BCBA‑D certification, and 2+ years of autism-related experience. You will supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and guide data-driven program adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behaviour support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behaviour Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership team.

What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)

• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behaviour Technicians (RBTs)

• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
• Support funding source communication as needed
