Job summary

Regency ABA in the United States is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join a compassionate, family-centered team. This remote/hybrid role offers afternoon hours (3pm–7pm) near the Georgia border and includes a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments and progress reporting, develop and monitor treatment plans using HAMOC ABA, provide caregiver training, and analyze data to guide programming while collaborating with families for meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley\'s methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
• Perform FBA and FA when clinically appropriate
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed
