Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Part-Time BCBA for afternoon availability (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM). The role offers fully remote or hybrid work arrangements with a Georgia preference for proximity within 50 miles of the border.

Compensation includes competitive hourly rates and weekly pay, plus a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The candidate will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and train caregivers using evidence-based ABA methods.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) and ongoing CEUs.
• Experience supervising RBTs and working with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data collection/analysis and ABA software.
• Knowledge of holistic ABA approaches and Dr. Greg Hanley methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed.
