Regency ABA is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to live within 50 miles of the Georgia border. The role offers afternoon hours (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and fully remote work.

Competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus are available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, training caregivers, and data-driven program adjustments.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• CEUs and credentials must be kept in good standing.
• Clinical experience with children and families in ABA.

• Position: Part-Time BCBA (Afternoon Availability: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

• Schedule: Part-Time, Afternoon Hours (3pm-7:00pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
