Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to support children and families with a holistic ABA approach. The role offers remote or hybrid work, afternoon hours, and ongoing clinical support.

You will supervise RBTs, complete assessments and progress reports, and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA methods. Sign-on bonus applies for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB).
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing.
• Clinical experience with children and families in ABA settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA).
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed

• Position: Part-Time BCBA
• Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid
• Schedule: Part-Time, Afternoon Hours (3pm-7:00pm)
• Pay: Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
