Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a caring team. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in-clinic with occasional telehealth as needed.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, ongoing training, and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the border.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA.
• Strong verbal and written communication; data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person per BACB standards.
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide caregiver training using ABA principles.
• Perform FBA and FA when appropriate.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
