Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Peachtree City in-clinic team. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans.

We offer a $1,000+ sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, weekly payments, and ongoing clinical support in a holistic ABA model.

This role requires active BCBA certification and the ability to work with families, with a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and ongoing CEU maintenance
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong data tracking and progress reporting abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person according to BACB/insurance standards
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments and progress reports
• Develop, monitor and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
• Perform FBA/FA when clinically appropriate
• Review data, monitor progress and adjust programming as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
