Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote, part-time role with afternoon availability (3:00 PM–7:00 PM). Preference given to candidates within 50 miles of Georgia border.

You will supervise RBTs, develop and update treatment and behavior plans, provide caregiver training, and perform FBAs/FBAs when appropriate. We offer competitive hourly pay and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus. Join a supportive team focused on holistic ABA care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Experience supervising RBTs and conducting assessments.
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person per BACB standards.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Conduct FBA/FA when clinically appropriate.
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming.

• Position: Part-Time BCBA (Afternoon Availability: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
• Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
