Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead an exclusive caseload and supervise RBTs in school and home settings. You will design treatment plans, supervise clients via telehealth, and collaborate with educators to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
• Provide school-based supervision in person.
• Provide in-home supervision via telehealth.
• Design and implement individualized assessments and treatment plans.
• Grow the program by building school and community relationships.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
