House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients, with hybrid in-person and telehealth supervision options. The role emphasizes collaboration with schools, families, and our clinical team to deliver high-impact ABA services.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification with current credentialing.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience or related fieldwork.
• Ability to supervise school-based and home-based ABA services.
• Strong communication skills for treatment planning and coaching families.

Responsibilities

• Manage exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients with ABA therapy.
• Provide school-based supervision in-person.
• Supervise cases via telehealth from remote locations.
• Design individualized assessments and treatment plans.
• Build relationships with schools and communities to grow presence.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations.

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

• Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
