Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven, supportive team in a hybrid role (remote and in-person). The position offers pay at $70-$90 hourly with salary options, and opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules.

You will supervise RBTs, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with schools and families while upholding BACB ethics and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• 1+ years ABA experience preferred.
• Experience with school or home-based settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA therapy.
• Provide school-based supervision in person to RBTs and educators.
• Conduct in-home supervision via telehealth to guide families.
• Develop individualized assessments and treatment plans.
• Grow relationships with schools and communities to expand presence.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and applicable laws.
