Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise an exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients in a hybrid setting. You will lead assessments, treatment planning, and supervise RBTs and educators to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and telehealth contexts.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• 1+ years ABA experience preferred.
• Experience in school or home-based settings is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7-10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

• Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
