Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Cary, NC is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver value-based autism services. You will manage day-to-day cases, perform initial intakes, develop data-driven treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of therapists across in-home, school, and clinic environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BACB) and NC LBA license.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Background check and abuse registry check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children with ASD.
• Conduct initial intake and update assessments using standardized tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatment aligned with clinical best practices.
• Provide family support and caregiver training.
• Lead and mentor a team of Therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to serve families.
• Discharge and transition planning for caseloads.
• Work in-home, school, and clinic settings.

What you’ll do:

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum

• Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools

• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child

• Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients

• Providing Family support and training

• Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists

• Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities

• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

• In-home, school, and clinic environments available

What you’ll bring:

• The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve

• A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• NC LBA (or the ability to obtain)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)

• Reliable transportation – Current Drivers License and Auto Insurance Coverage

• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check
