Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is hiring BCBAs in Arizona to provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum. You will conduct intake and assessments, collect data, and design individualized treatment plans while delivering family support and training.

You’ll lead a team of therapists, collaborate with clinicians, and manage transitions with a focus on value-based care. Roles include in-home, school, and clinic settings with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

• Currently a BCBA with BACB certification.
• Arizona LBA license or ability to obtain.
• Fingerprints Clearance Card or ability to obtain.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks.
• Driven to help families and children.
• Passion for working with ASD and underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children with autism.
• Complete initial intake and assess with standardized tools.
• Collect data and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatment and family support.
• Lead and educate the team of therapists.
• Collaborate with clinicians to serve communities.
• Discharge and transition planning for caseload.
• Deliver services in home, school, and clinic settings.

What you’ll do:

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum

• Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools

• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child

• Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients

• Providing Family support and training

• Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists

• Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities

• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

• In-home, school, and clinic environments available

What you’ll bring:

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain)
