Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person work in Wilmington, NC. This role offers a focus on children with ASD, a small caseload, and strong growth paths within a collaborative, family-first team.

You will lead clinical teams, manage daily caseloads, and provide training to families and staff, with benefits including health coverage and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) (required).
• NC LBA licensure or ability to obtain.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide treatment based on clinical best practice for clients.
• Provide family support and training.
• Lead and educate a team of Behavior Therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping communities.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll bring:

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
