Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Wilmington, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide case management for children with ASD. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and design data-driven treatment plans in home, school, and clinic settings.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA and NC LBA credentials, with CPR/BLS certification, and are able to relocate to Wilmington. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a strong growth path and value-based services.

Qualifications

• Hold a BCBA certification and NC LBA credential or ability to obtain.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.
• Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete intake and update assessments using standardized tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatment based on clinical best practice.
• Provide family support and training.
• Lead and educate a team of therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support communities.
• Plan discharge and transitions for caseloads.
• Work in home, school, and clinic environments.

What you’ll do:

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
• Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools
• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
• Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients
• Providing Family support and training
• Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists
• Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities
• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available

What you’ll bring:

• The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve
• A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• NC LBA (or the ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check
