Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve children with autism in in-home, school, and clinical settings. Roles offer flexible schedules, a growth path from BCBA to leadership, small caseloads, and team-based support from student RBTs.

We emphasize value-based services, CEU days, and comprehensive benefits, with relocation and sign-on options for select full-time in-person positions. A collaborative remote/in-home environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with BACB.
• AZ LBA eligibility or ability to obtain.
• Fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain).
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Background check and abuse registry check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct initial intake and updates using assessment tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide treatment based on clinical best practice for clients.
• Provide Family support and training.
• Lead and educate team of Therapists and RBTs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to help communities.

What you’ll do:

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum

• Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools

• Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child

• Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients

• Providing Family support and training

• Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists

• Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities

• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

• In-home, school, and clinic environments available

What you’ll bring:

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain)

• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)

• Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check

• The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve

• A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
