Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a BCBA to provide day-to-day case management and data-driven treatment for children on the autism spectrum. The role supports families in both in-home and school settings, with ongoing growth into leadership positions and a collaborative, remote-enabled team environment.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA, Arizona LBA eligibility, and fingerprint clearance, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification and maintain BACB standards.
  • Arizona LBA eligibility or ability to obtain is required.
  • Fingerprint clearance required (or ability to obtain).
  • CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
  • Strong commitment to working with children with ASD and underserved populations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
  • Conduct initial intake and update assessments using standardized tools.
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Deliver treatment based on clinical best practice and follow-up with families.
  • Provide family support and training to caregivers.
  • Lead and educate a team of Therapists and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with a clinical team to serve communities.
  • Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
  • Work in home, school, and clinic environments.

What you’ll do:
  • Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum

  • Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools

  • Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child

  • Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients

  • Providing Family support and training

  • Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists

  • Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities

  • Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

  • In-home, school, and clinic environments available

What you’ll bring:
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Arizona LBA (or the ability to obtain)

  • Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain)

  • Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)

  • Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check

  • The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve

  • A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
