Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D for a hybrid or remote role in Phoenix, AZ. The position blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact, supporting families and children within our compassionate ABA program.

The role offers a robust benefits package, a $80,000–$95,000/year salary (DOE), and a monthly productivity bonus, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
