Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Glendora, CA, is seeking a BCBA or BCBA‑D to join our team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact. The position offers a competitive salary and a path to leadership within a supportive ABA-focused community.

You'll conduct FBAs, develop treatment and behavior support plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and drive progress with data-driven program adjustments, all while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs.
• Partner with caregivers through parent training.
• Monitor progress with data‑driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership.
• Support funding source communication as needed.

What You’ll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)

• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
• Monitor progress through data‑driven program adjustments
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
• Support funding source communication as needed
