The role requires a Master's in Behavior Analysis, BCBA/BCBA-D certification, and 2+ years of autism-focused experience. You'll supervise staff, train caregivers, and drive data-driven program improvements in a flexible hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
