Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join a growing ABA program with a hybrid schedule offering remote flexibility. The role features a strong base salary and a monthly bonus program, plus relocation assistance up to $20K—location dependent—driving a total earning potential up to $111,000.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program.
• Master’s degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
